I just want to say how amazing Chenda, "La Nena de Chile," has been during my mother Stella’s visits. She’s truly one of the best! Every time my mom comes in, she’s welcoming, professional, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Her kindness, patience, and positive energy make such a difference. I’m so grateful for everything she does for my mother, it really shows how much she cares about the patients. Thank you, Chenda, for being so incredible! 😊

I had a positive Cologuard test on 3/12. I expected a call to schedule a colonoscopy. I called 3 times with scheduling to try to get an appointment. I was told they would ask Dr. Alan's scheduler Pam to mark my case urgent. That was 2 days ago. Yesterday I was told it may take a week to get a call. I wonder how long after that before they get me in? This is the opposite of Healthcare.
