The referral and authorization team is not doing a good job. They take too long to send referrals – you have to wait a month. I’ve been trying to get an appointment with a hand orthopedic doctor, but they keep sending a referral for a shoulder doctor instead, even though it clearly says “hand orthopedics.” This has been going on for three months.
