Not a review more of a question when I go to get my nails done I’m always happy but are they still open for business? I try to call and it always says the line is busy and when I went during their posted open hours last weekend no one was there. The lights were off and door locked. I really want to come back and get my nails done Friday but I can’t even call to ask if they are open so gas isn’t wasted since I live in Lake Jackson.
I went in and sat there for 40 mins alone in the salon, he came back and just told me he didn’t know he had a client after i had an appointment. which is very unprofessional. i then asked for something very simple and didn’t get not one thing i asked for. The man seemed like he was getting very mad at very thing i nicely asked for him to fix. my nails looked like it just had a black strip instead of french tip.
Always greeted with a smile by Carol and Du. Love the family vibe. Great services and reasonable prices!
Didn't do a good job and costs are higher than other nail salons.
Everything was served promptly. Drinks were strong!! Atmosphere was uplifting ✨️
