I worked with Tara most of late summer into fall. And I am so glad I did! I would never have found a house that was perfect and affordable in a very hot market. She takes the time to listen to your needs and as in my case I did not even know what they were. So she showed me a number of areas and possibilities - which finally narrowed down options and when the “right one” came up...we acted very quickly and closed on a property below market! I highly recommend working with her if you are looking for your perfect place!
Tara was phenomenal! She did so much research on our behalf and made sure to only show us houses that fight our criteria. She was quick to respond to questions, very knowledgeable, and very considerate of our priorities for house hunting. Once we were under contract, she was a polite but aggressive negotiator on our behalf. She was detail-oriented and met all deadlines with plenty of time. We couldn't have asked for a better realtor; she made this stressful process so much more bearable!
Tara was great! Very attentive to our wants and needs. She was quick to respond when we had questions since we were first time homebuyers. We would recommend Tara to anyone buying their first home or their tenth!
