I was disappointed with my experience with RN Kelsey at L&P Aesthetics in Los Gatos. From the beginning, I did not find Kelsey to be particularly warm or welcoming. During my visit, she also told me that a cyst on my face was oozing and recommended that I have it removed. However, when I saw my PCP the following day, he confirmed that it was not oozing at all. I really appreciated her transparency with results and even treatments. I wanted to do a bunch of procedures and she explained that too much can also lead me to results that aren't favorable.
