Lozier Group was responsible for the shoddy construction of Huckleberry Circle a townhome & condominium community located in the Issaquah Highlands. Because they were able to skate through the warranty period knowing full well that there was water intrusion problems in the complex is appalling to those residents that are now affected by an outrageous special assessment. Lozier has created a nightmare for 60 families in our Issaquah Highlands townhome complex called Huckleberry Circle. Due to their shoddy work, we are all hit with an average special assessment of over $40,000!! I bought my townhome new in September, 2001 for $245,000. Congratulations Lozier for getting past a warranty period.
