We became familiar with these folks from observing their good work for neighbors. We hired them for some turnover work on a rental property. They were able to address a variety of miscellaneous repairs and did a wonderful job of repainting the entire interior. Can’t say enough about their excellent workmanship and our satisfaction. These folks are conscientious, hard-working, reliable and reasonable.
I highly recommend Lozano's Painting. Jose and his son did a great job with the outside of our house. They were prompt, communicative, and efficient. I received an emailed estimate and work verification (which I appreciated), and Jose ensured that I was 100% satisfied with the work.
