Great office awesome service
Today was my first time visiting this dental clinic, which was recommended to me by my friend. All the staff was very friendly to both me and my husband, they were very polite and kind. Elena, who did the teeth cleaning, constantly asked me how I felt and if everything was okay. I am one of those people who are afraid of visiting doctors, but in this clinic I felt comfortable. Doctor Sergey competently explained to me my problem areas. I highly recommend this place to everyone.
My parents have been Dr. Lozan's patients for over 15 years. My mom had to live in another state for family reasons and didn't see Dr. Lozan for two years. Once she came back, Dr. Lozan refused to treat my mom because she was absent for such a long time. They didn't care to ask why she was absent and didn't even want to talk to her. This is not a way to treat your patients.
