I met and talked with Pete about redoing my couch cushions. They were rather broken in and had no support or firmness anymore. Pete gave me a couple of options and let me think about it. No pressure at all which you do get with some shops. Pete provided me with superior service and quality. My couch cushions are firm and supportive again... they actually may be better than when I bought the couch new. All at the original price Pete gave me and no extra fees or charges. Peter Loza is easy to work with and great at problem solving with wide knowledge of furniture structure, materials, and fabrics that gives him a sure hand in understanding and recommending solutions that are appropriate for varied styles and situations. The workmanship at Loza Upholstery is exceptional. We are so happy with the couches they rejuvenated for us!
Peter, the owner, and his team are simply the best. They are medium priced but their workmanship is the best of any upholster I have used. He has a wide selection of fabric and gets things done on time. If you have to wait because he is popular, it will be worth it, He also makes custom furniture. I went to 4 upholstery shops before choosing him. Great decision!
