I met and talked with Pete about redoing my couch cushions. They were rather broken in and had no support or firmness anymore. Pete gave me a couple of options and let me think about it. No pressure at all which you do get with some shops. Pete provided me with superior service and quality. My couch cushions are firm and supportive again... they actually may be better than when I bought the couch new. All at the original price Pete gave me and no extra fees or charges.
