I’m deeply disappointed with the level of care and professionalism at Dr. Loza Julio’s clinic. On multiple occasions, I’ve had to wait between 30 to 45 minutes past my appointment time. During my most recent visit, I waited for over an hour—only to step outside and find Dr. Julio casually eating and chatting with staff while patients continued to sit and wait. Dr. Loza is a very nice, calm, and patience individual. I am very happy to have him as my PCP.
He has been my fathers doctor for more than 5 years and never has he gaven up to him or has done something that will put his life in danger. He is an excellent doctor and have a lot of faith in him since he sees his patients with compassion and loves what he does because he actually cares for his patients.
