5/30/24- Front staff is extremely unprofessional. Had to take my ex husband to his appointment. When he arrived he was told he was at the wrong location. He was told to go to the other location which is this Maywood location. They stated they would call the other office and let them know. When we arrived there were two front desk ladies and we went one to of the woman. He explained the situation and as soon as he said he was late she immediately frowned. Dr schiff is amazing and so caring! Only reason that it didn’t get 5 stars bcus I had to wait over an hour to see him with no communication if he was behind or not.
if i could i would give this place 0 stars. the communication and customer service in between stations and buildings is nowhere to be found. the bathrooms are also filthy and disgusting, like they don’t even care about cleaning them. they had me walking around the entire place for 20 minutes then said my grace period was up and that i couldn’t see the doctor. i am now finding out that it wasn’t even where i was supposed to go nor with the doctor i was supposed to see. their website screwed something over and gave me the wron... read more
