I had a wonderful experience at this hospital when my baby was born. The staff was caring, professional, and very supportive throughout my stay. A special thank you to Julia from the night shift in the baby unit—she was amazing, kind, and attentive, and made us feel comfortable and well cared for. I truly appreciate all the help and support we received during such an important time.
The issue I have when I call via phone for login assistance with My Chart I am routed to central scheduling every time. I provided a call backnumber and was still transferred again. My chart acknowledges my credentials and after entering a verification code their site automatically logs you out. Thinking about seeking physicians elsewhere if this issue is not resolved.
These valet guys think they run the hospital. Fire these guys immediately, they're absolutely useless!
I’m very sick right now and they refuse to see me because they close at 2:45 and we arrived at 2:33 The woman in the counter named Jana refuse to book me in even though we arrived at 2:33
