Unbelievable. I went with my mother and little brother to visit my grandmother. When we got to the front desk, I told the receptionist why I was there, and she kindly told me I was not allowed to go in to visit my grandma, and I accepted it. I had to explain to my mother where she needed to go and was told to wait by the receptionist for her, and I did. I had the best experience this past week. The personnel from the moment I walked in thru security they were helpful guiding me where to go. When I arrived to pre surgery room the receptionist was so nice and instructed me on what was going to go on and next steps. Once I got called in to pre surgery room I had the pleasure of meeting Gosia my nurse for a few hours, she was sooo funny and genuine and sweet. Truly made me feel so calm before my surgery. Such a great hospital, it’s huge, be prepared to walk or have someone help you,people at info desk awesome, security, lots of signage, easy parking, they have valet parking. All wonderful doctors, they took such good care of my father, nice cafeteria many options. Loads of specialists and the rooms are clean! Thank you all for your dedication.
