Hello I went into the spinal suite to see a specialist and get an Xray and when I asked for copies of the Xrays, as is my right. They said 'their printer was broken and they can't share copies digitally or any other form than through the mail and it would take weeks. I needed a second opinion and got Xrays elsewhere. Months later now I haven't gotten the Xrays in the mail. but I did get the bill and they were 8 times the cost of the second set I got. Do not use this medical center.

I have been a patient of Loyola for many years. I have an extensive health history and am very familiar with healthcare best practices. On August 4, I had a surgery where multiple things went wrong and were missed, causing me unnecessary suffering. I reached out to the patient advocacy department and was gaslit and patronized, as they clearly were defending themselves instead of performing their responsibility to support quality patient care.
