My father is in the hospital and Julie an EKG tech was extremely rude. Our family came from GA and we had a moment to speak with the doctor about our father’s condition but Julie was rushing the doctor to be finished to do a non-urgent EKG. We was unable to get all the information we needed. We are very dissatisfied with her actions as the doctor even asked her to wait a few minutes until she was done explaining. Julie is very rude!
Just took a friend in who had terrible episode of passing out, chest tightness, waited about 1 hr to get triaged and do EKG/chest xray/draw blood, and then waited 7 HOURS to hear an update from a triage nurse that xray is fine and bloodwork is fine. No papers since we did not see doctor, and were told it may take another 2-3 hours to see one. We opted to leave as it was 2am (we came at 6:45pm).
