Save your time here. Came here after work with TERRIBLE stomach PAIN around 2pm. waiting 1hr to get blood work done. still waiting 7pm another lady who had a HEAD injury also was waiting same amount of time. 10pm rolls. STILL NOT IN A ROOM. at this time threw up numerous times never seen. Finally decided to get up and go to the hospital by my house come to find out from the other hospital my galbladder had almost ruptured and I could of been in shock. I was detoxing there and they took me in the back right away to get me help . I was shaking so bad and in so much pain . I tried my best to stay strong but i gave up hope .they kept encouraging to stay and provided me as much help as they can also I was supposed to stay 3 days but me being a alcoholic and a coward wanted to be decharged and now I regret leaving . Thank you much for all your hard work . Bless
Update: We visited this ER again yesterday (3/14/25) and were very impressed again. Everyone was pleasant, my daughter was seen relatively quickly. The only downside is the beds in the hall aren't particularly private. But I also have no doubt that if I had requested to speak in a private setting they would have obliged. Husband agrees, this is our go-to ER. Way better than either Rush location (though busier as well). We actually had a very pleasant experience.
