Botched surgery. I went there for him, a specialist, to do my robotic surgery. They ended up opening me up. Upon reading the report, I discover he didn't even do it, an intern did. Had Oncocytoma, which upon researching, could have been diagnosed prior to surgery by the way it looks on pre-testing films. Got an infection at the hospital. (I never in 13 days saw anyone clean my room.) I still am in pain from that surgery to this day unfortunately.
