I am not sure why there are all of the negative reviews. I have had nothing but positive experiences. I can get in quickly if I need to. I don't wait for more than 10 minutes for my scheduled appointments. They have taken care of all my prescriptions and changes to them. Highly recommend this location.
I requested a fax November 11th. It's a week later. Where is my fax? Everytime i call it just rings and rings. Hardly anyone answers when you call and if they do answer it's this young girl who sounds brand new and or terribly flustered. I shouldn't have to wait a GD week for a fax. Terrible staff at this location.
