Dr Lawley and this practice are very unprofessional. Just a waist of time
I’ve been going to Dr. Jason Rice for a long time. The staff is always friendly and always professional. This office is very convenient for me and the service that I receive will make me keep coming back.
*Update 6/30/2025: the office manager called to “help explain” why her office can’t manage a simple referral and didn’t even reference the correct thing I need a referral for. You can’t make this stuff up. It devolved from there. I’ll do their jobs for them in this matter since it’s so difficult for them and take care of it myself since I’m the only one who seems to even know what the actual referral is needed for.* Quite literally the most incompetent medical office I’ve ever dealt with. I have had a good experience going here for medical treatment. Dr. Michel and the nursing staff are attentive and professional. The office staff seems friendly, however I have always used the app to book appointments. Overall a great experience.
