Stay away from this place if you value your time and sanity! There office personnel is the absolute WORST. They take forever to respond to your needs. It's been 30days since I requested refill on meds. And 15 days waiting for Ins.Appeal Ltr. Letter is finally done but still not sent to Ins.Co. They don't answer phones and take forever to reply My Chart Messages. And they Lie about the status of everything. I had my surgery almost 2 yrs ago and waiting for next one. Might have to go elsewhere. I can't do this with this office... read more

had high hopes for this program. Pretty disappointed with it so far. Not interested in doing surgery, and nobody seems to have time to answer questions -- just "keep doing what isn't working and check back in 3 months" Update -- after this review things got a little better -- then back to the same old pattern of no reply, hard to make an appointment, trouble getting prescription refills etc. I don't recommend anyone try this. I do not feel safe having these people manage my medication or my health.

It is hit or miss, very unreliable staff and most of staff seem well, uncharitable to put it frankly ( was an exception, Dr. Simmons). Another word, unprofessional works. Addendum, Six weeks later: I did call the number given but it goes no where I can talk further on the matter. I am in the program and on medication but not getting much else, like coaching and checking in unless I send messages on my char... read more

Not the best program I would seek other options in Illinois or the US. Staff is ok definitely not caring or knowledgeable. Doctors claim to have great depth. with awards and status to back it but when comes down to complex cases this team had no experience. Use another healthcare system for Baractrics not Loyola!
