Made an appointment back in mid December for February 3, it was the first available after 4, they canceled my appointment and the next available appointment was March 16. The secretary didn’t even try to help or have any compaction about my situation. Looking for new doctors office that actually cares
I switched to a new practice after awful experiences and am so angry at the level of care a practice like this provides. Terrible at returning calls for important care needs, made serious errors and very judgemental without asking questions.
Worst experience of my life. Dr. Zak was awful to my father and me. My father was terminally ill and she would not answer my messages for days or weeks. When I went to the office for assistance, she threatened me and said if I came to the office again for assistance that she would throw me out. Another of her colleagues chimed in and started yelling at me and gave the doctor false information. So disheartening when your loved one is very sick and needs medical attention.
