I switched to a new practice after awful experiences and am so angry at the level of care a practice like this provides. Terrible at returning calls for important care needs, made serious errors and very judgemental without asking questions.

Worst experience of my life. Dr. Zak was awful to my father and me. My father was terminally ill and she would not answer my messages for days or weeks. When I went to the office for assistance, she threatened me and said if I came to the office again for assistance that she would throw me out. Another of her colleagues chimed in and started yelling at me and gave the doctor false information. So disheartening when your loved one is very sick and needs medical attention. The billing and overall representative are terrible. They billed me for wrong issues for over $7,000, and I wrote numerous messages, and they said they will look into it. I regularly checked the inbox, but no response. After 4 months, I called they said they will look into it again despite they said they escalated to the higher management. After 4 months, they finally corrected and sent the claim refund back to my insurance. Their billing are very expensive. They even sent my bill to collection agency.
