I originally was referred to Gersten Center for Behavioral Health through my provider for my minor child. I initially called for an intake appointment, and was promptly left a message that someone would reach back to me within 2 business days. I did receive a call from a woman named, Ofelia. Unfortunately I missed her call because I was at work. I have called and left her three messages to return my call. The last one, was this past Friday, all during business hours.
