I have been waiting since the last week in June to have my rug shortened and bound. It is small and just needs one side. I have called with no luck, arranged to pick it up, she was not there, said by phone she would send it that week to the person in Minneapolis and I would have it back two weeks ago. Now no one answers the phone.

We had a horrific sewage backup on a Sunday night, and Loyear's 24/7 team was dispatched to our home in Hermantown within an hour. They handled the entire sewage cleanup with absolute care, thoroughly sanitizing and disinfecting the entire affected area. I was terrified but they used professional-grade treatments that gave us total peace of mind. Highly recommend their emergency response!

Loyear was a absolute lifesaver when we woke up to a flooded basement from a busted pipe in Duluth. Their emergency crew arrived incredibly fast, immediately started the water extraction, and set up powerful dehumidifiers and air movers to protect our walls. They monitored the moisture levels daily until everything was completely dry. Truly a professional team that made a stressful situation seamless!

Completely forgot this company existed. I assumed they closed after having so many payroll checks bounce, until this morning when one of their vans almost hit me on the highway this morning and cut off 2 different cars, tried to call and couldn’t get a working number.
