We had a unique issue with an unknown chemical spill that was assumed to contain lead dust, so a little different than typical Bio hazard or restoration. I appreciated the one-stop coordination from Loyear who helped ensure we were cleaned up to be safe through junk removal and HEPA cleaning.

Absolutely awesome company! Everyone was so nice and friendly. We have a hearth in our living room and were looking to have a piece of carpet bound for a custom rug - they said no problem! It turned out amazing and they did it so fast (said it could take up to two weeks but they called saying it was ready the next day)! Underpromised and over delivered! Highly recommend! Thank you!!

We had noticed water in our basement at 6pm at night and luckily we found Loyear online. They stayed late into the night and came back with more guys later the next day to finish pulling out the water. Then they started the next process of fixing and replacing the damaged walls. Great communication throughout the entire process and John made sure everything was smooth sailing with billing our insurance and even supplied all the photos that we forgot to take. These guys were amazing and helped us during a very stressful time.
