Butchered line work on my brothers memorial tattoo and got a storm trooper that everyone said looked like absolute garbage. Very happy that I got it covered up! Seriously wish I could get a refund cuz both tats were a complete waste of time and money but i think it’s a bit late for that. And these aren’t the only poor tattoos I’ve gotten at this shop either
I can be having the worst day ever, yet the second I step into Frankie's it all melts away. I usually end up not wanting to leave after my tattoos are done. The environment is a blast. The neverending jokes are amazingly hilarious! All of the guys are crazy amazing. Mikey has been the one to do all my work, but I would trust any of the other Artists to tattoo me. They are all amazing in their own way and styles! I recommend them to everyone who asks about my work. They are the shiznit!

Kevin is amazing! He did a butterfly cover up for me today and nailed it! Love the atmosphere too. couldn't have asked for a better experience :) wasn't even in the shop for more than 10 minutes before Kevin was already drawing up ideas right in my skin.. Kudos Kevin!!
07-04-18 - Just moved to Utah and was going around for pricing on my first tattoo! Went in to Frankie’s and was completely blown away with how considerate and un-pressured it felt to talk to Johnny!! He immediately took my idea and drew it up so I could see the finish piece! Then within the hour I was getting tattooed! Kevin is an amazing artist, very kind & fun to be around. He has done all of my tattoos & I would recommend him to anyone. He always has a positive attitude.
I have no complaints about my tattoo at all. It’s good quality and well done. What i am wildly upset about is the poor attitude of my artist. As I’m laying on the chair sobbing, he doesn’t once ask if i need a break, if I’m ok, or if i need anything. With tears coming down i face i asked if i could regroup for a moment and then we could finish. He dearly didn’t give a shit and continued to tattoo. I have tattoos, i get they don’t feel good. I'm sorry to hear about this. Usually when a client is showing signs of distress during a tattoo, the artist will offer breaks, water or snacks to help get you through the tattoo.
