They did all the things a good contractor is supposed to do. They were responsive, punctual, and did good work at a great price. They even compared materials with a big name gutter company and showed me they used the same materials at 1/3 of the price. I would recommend them anytime.
We got gutters from Loyalty in September 2024. They were so nice to deal with and did the work quickly. With the heavy rain we've had recently, my husband noticed something was wrong with the gutter on the back of our house. Pierre came out ON A SUNDAY and found it was just clogged with pine needles. Husband asked if we were still under warranty. Pierre told him "no warranty. If I put it up, I'm going to come out and fix it no matter what." We are very happy customers. Thank you!!!!!
Most UNPROFESSIONAL business I have ever witnessed, profanity on my yard with my children the entire time, extremely rushed job, did not clean up, unfinished, and if ignored phone calls after viewing finished project. Highly would not recommend.
