Keith Barbuti is the man and always does a great job!
Since closing due to COVID-19, they have done a great job of adapting to reopen, from a temperature check upon entry, to sanitary practices while cutting. They have done a great job of responsibly returning to work. Oh, and they still give the best haircuts in the area!
Loyalty is the best barber shop around!!
Bad handling of pandemic. Had an appointment the first day businesses were to close. Had been in contact four times between the end of May-June 12 asking about appointments. Instead of calling to reschedule customers who had appointments or given a heads up to people messaging them all they did was open the appointment page. So now I had to wait (at least) an additional five days after they open because of the poor handling of the situation. I will not be back. This is customer service at its poorest. Quality place and nice people. Hopefully I won’t have a man bun before they reopen !!
Atmosphere seemed cool. First time here. My barber asked what I wanted and then did not say a word to me the entire cut. Felt super uncomfortable- cut was ok but I said I was growing out the top and wore it to the side. She cut a good amount and just slicked it back. At that point I just wanted to get out of there. I was excited to try a new place since I needed somewhere local but I won’t be back.
