Recently had to say goodbye to our big old Otis. It was handled with the utmost compassion and care as is usual for here under any circumstances. Add to that...a week later we just received a beautiful card with another tear jerker quote inside plus very nice notes written in from "Hank", Dr. Springer and the rest of Loyalhanna Veterinary Clinic. Actually all of it brought tears to our eyes. Yet another reason why we like taking our pets there.
Dr. Springer and staff.....thank you for making our first visit to you above our expectations. As a new client we are looking forward to many healthy visits to you. Dr. Springer, you gave us so many pointers even after raising 2 goldens in the past we feel enlightened in using the new info you gave us with our Roxi.

We just want to say thank you to Dr. Springer and Christina and the front desk staff. The kindness, gentleness, sympathy and reassurances you gave us yesterday meant the world as we said goodbye to our Nessa. The treatment she has received there over the years has been second to none. Thank you.
