Dr. Croft, Dr. Springer and their staff are second to none. The staff are ALWAYS friendly, attentive and knowledgeable, and I mean ALL of the staff - from the techs to the office staff, they are all amazing! The vets take their time with you each and every visit, listening to your concerns and working together to find the right care plan. I have been taking all of my pets to Dr. Croft and Dr. Springer for almost 15 years and would not trust anyone else to give my kids the care and love that they do at Loyalhanna. The doctors and staff at Loyalhanna are absolutely wonderful. Frankie and I love all of them. I highly recommend this clinic to everyone and wouldn't take Frankie anywhere else.
I want to take a moment and personally thank Dr. Croft and his staff for caring for my Hannah. Dr. Croft went above and beyond to try to save her precious life. Words can't express my heart felt gratitude to Dr. Croft and his staff, and most importantly he allowed me to come and spend time with her this morning to say my good bye.
