Penny and Gretchen were friendly, helpful, and professional. I was disappointed with Phillip, the inspector. He seemed to be in a big hurry, never sat down to discuss plans available, and could not tell me what was in the pesticide (he told me to look on line). Even though he knew I had snakes on the basement,he never mentioned a treatment for them. I thought the pesticide treatment would take care of them. My inspector Mr. Didlake was fantastic! Super personable and thorough. I believe he had told me for the first treatment the technician would spray under the house in the crawl space and also de-web the outside of the house. The technician did spray in the attic, but did not do either of the aforementioned items. Not sure if I misunderstood that information or if it was just overlooked? I know it was a super hot day, so maybe that's why...
We had a bee infestation, yellow jackets in the back yard and wasps all around house. Loyal came out within 2 days of the my call and exterminated all of them. We are grateful for their fast turnaround! They exterminated bees at our old home and now our new one. We would highly recommend them!
Polite, and thorough. Look forward to their help keeping my home free of unwanted visitors!
