Today, Eddy( the owner) helped fix my car’s muffler on very short notice. It was after work, and I had started hearing a loud noise coming from my car. I explained that I live far away and asked if he could take a look at it. He didn’t hesitate to help me. I truly appreciate his timely assistance, kindness, and the very reasonable price he charged me. I will always remember how helpful and considerate he was, and I highly recommend his services. Love this place this a real used car dealer bought my first car a nice small Ford loved it made mistakes went too someone' else got screwed but and even now I got a nice clean beautiful dougde journey 2012 clean body no rust clean undercarriage prestine Eddie has always been great can't wait too pick up on Monday my new work vehicle can't wait
Great service! I’m very satisfied with their knowledge and experience. They repaired my car when no other mechanic in the area could even find the issue. Their expertise is impressive, and the prices are very reasonable — I had paid double elsewhere just for a diagnostic! From now on, this will be my go-to repair shop. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs on Japanese, German, or American cars.
I had a terrible experience with Eddy, the owner of this shop. He was extremely rude and confrontational, acting like he wanted to fight instead of resolve the issue. His mechanics clearly lacked knowledge — they replaced the wrong parts and, even after realizing their mistake, continued to insist they were right. Completely unprofessional and frustrating experience. Avoid this shop at all costs.
I had a great experience with Loyal King Auto! They did an excellent job fixing my 2023 Yukon Denali — some inside brackets were broken and they also replaced the engine bay cover underneath. The work was done quickly and professionally. I trust them so much that I’ll be bringing my 2010 Mercedes C-Class tomorrow. Even though it has a new battery, it’s not holding charge (likely an alternator issue), and I’m confident they’ll sort it out just as easily. Thanks again to the Loyal King Auto team for the reliable service!
