She has a strong understanding of the challenges of curly hair. She explained what she was doing as she progressed through the cut as well as the products she was using and why she chose those products for my hair. It’s the best cut I’ve had in years. I’m extremely satisfied. I will be back!
I had a terrific first appointment with Mallory. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted AND what I didn't want. I love my new style and think it is really going to work out as I continue growing out my hair. Will be back!!
Was searching for a new salon as I just moved to Nova Scotia from Ontario and came across a lot of salon’s but Lox looked the best so I decided to book an appointment based on their social media and their other Google reviews! I was a bit reluctant having someone new cut my hair however Julia and the Lox team put my fears to rest. Julia asked a lot of questions and listened to understand my needs. I loved the test to identify who I was best matched with without the speed dating! The location was easy to access, lots of street parking, and the booking process from start to finish was great.
