This was probably the best salon experience I've ever had and I'm 49 yrs old. Teresa was very communicative, honest and thoughtful during the consultation portion of the appointment. It felt more like a conversation, which was actually much better than the usual experiences I've had. The outcome was so good and I left feeling great about my new look. She also gives a great scalp massage!
I had been searching for a good stylist and on a whim I booked an appointment at Lox with whomever was available. After two appointments with Julia, I can say I am very happy and have already booked a third appointment. She listens very carefully to what I want and takes her time checking her work. Her cuts are precise and stylish!
