We recently had someone come out to our house to bid out a new garage door. When we called back to place our order the cost of the garage door was a bit more then what we had been bid. Jennifer Alonso stepped in and not only fixed the issue put pushed up our install date. Thank you so much Jen!!
I would recommend against using Lowry doors. It's now 5 months since I signed the contract and things are just barely getting straightened out. Here is what went wrong: The installers show up and get to work. An hour in they tell me they can't remove my existing garage door because they can't get to the screws. I notice they are using my tools, including 3 of my buckets, my ladder, my ax and one of my screwdrivers. I show them how to remove the old opener, they got frustrated and mad when I didn't just remove the opener for... read more

We been using Lowry Doors for years. They always have well trained service staff. Would highly recommend them.
