A good visit - hygienist was exceptional
I was visiting from Houston and had an emergency requiring extraction. Dentist and staff were fabulous and it was pain free. I only wish I could find a dental practice like this at home. Can't say enough positive comments about them!
There is no way to just say thank you. From walking in to walking out. You feel like your family. It is always a pleasure to come and see everyone. Sandy always does the best and Dr Erik. Not sure what he does but I guess he doeas it welol So Thank you for being there when we need you.
Very friendly staff and I've always had excellent contact with anyone at the office. From appointment reminders to financial pre-authorizations, cleanings, and major work. I originally found Dr. Lowry when I had a problem with my wisdom teeth (around the age of 40!). He was super understanding of my ill-ease with major dental work, and helped me feel quite comfortable and reassured. All work after that has been superb.
Great visit. Karen was nice and attentive.
The overall customer service and friendliness is great above and beyond but as far as the confidence or I'm not sure of the dentist. I was in there three times for the same thing and the dentist didn't seem confident with knowing what was causing the pain I went somewhere else for a second opinion they found it and gave me A root canal and the next day I was better. Because I went into the dentist three times for the same thing and got a filling replaced thinking maybe that was the problem I have exhausted my dental benefits... read more
