I love my hygienist Rachel. She makes my visit more than just an hour at the dentist. The entire crew is amazing!
When I first walked in the doors of Lowry Dental, it was because of a painful exposed nerve. I was a new patient, and unsure of what my dental insurance would or would not cover. I was certain that my appointment would be spent establishing myself as a new patient while being reamed for my lack of regular dentist visits (I had to break free of my last dentist because their work never lasted long and was expensive as all get-out). New Patient Visit - I was in for new patient assessment and it was excellent. Very comprehensive and I felt that it was transparent, honest, and worth the time and money spent. The staff was extremely pleasant to not only be around, but to talk with. I would recommend to anyone.
After my initial visit I left smiling! The staff the I encountered were all exceptionally friendly & helpful, particularly Medina, Sandy & Dr. Ben as they were the ones I worked with most. The vibe was very comfortable and relaxing and they were very thorough explaining everything. The checkout process was also phenomenal, all of the options and costs were ready when I got there and explained to me. Great dental care! I used to be a very nervous patient....but Dr. Eric is so kind, and understanding. Great hygienists also.
