I appreciate Dr. Eric being willing to postpone full-fledged denture work and his efforts to improve my bottom front teeth. He and all his staff are friendly and helpful. The only things that left me concerned were the high cost-- $920 for an hour appointment even with a discount-- but I was warned by his assistant via telephone beforehand, and I would have like to have had a discussion regarding the color of my veneers. The staff at Lowry Dental are very friendly and professional, and provide excellent care, I have recommended them to all our friends and family.
Every person is genuinely kind and compassionate. I appreciate the care that I and my family has received!
Overall the care I receive at Lowry Dental is excellent. I was a little upset that I was not informed that my hygienist had moved away. My new hygienist, Barbara, was great, though. I just feel there should be more communication between your practice and patients.
All the help was extra friendly and knowledgeable
