I saw the reviews, so I had to give Lowes a try. They met and exceeded my expectations. Great man, I took his time to explain what was wrong and recommendations. I got a TB 30" tractor from a friend, and he brought it back. Lowes will service for all of my small equipment needs. Next, I'm taking my snow blower before winter begins.
So glad we met Clarence Lowe! He made keeping our mower tuned up and ready for the season easy. We’ve used his services for several years. Recently he did major tune-up. When it was returned the 10+ yr mower looking like it was new. He picks up and returns so I don’t need to load it up by myself and always is cheerful and happy to explain all maintenance or repairs. I highly recommend without any hesitation.
I loved my experience! Clarence was amazing. He took our lawnmower and performed his magic on it. We came in with the wheels off of it. He ordered a replacement part. He also performed an annual service on it which not only cleaned up all the gunk on it, but now it uses 1/2 the gas it used to.
