Came in on a Sunday night, looking for help with an emergency wheelchair repair. My son has a power wheelchair, and got tipped over- he was fine, but it sheared off his joystick. All the employees were helpful, but Scott, Department manager in electronics, went above and beyond. He not only gave us the tools we needed- he fixed it for us!!! He tried a few solutions, and found one that was most effective until we could get it officially repaired. Much thanks! This is my new favorite Lowes!
Worthless employees , called and no one answers or they just put phone on hold, ask to be connected with manager and the line just rings, so I'm sure he's just as incompetent. They sold me a Smart Lock that was returned and someone stole the motherboard from the inside, not to mention other missing parts...
