There's nothing worse than passing multiple employees and NOT ONE says hi or asks if you need help. I passed a total of 5 employees in this location and the only one that said anything was the "cashier" at self checkout when she looked up from her cellphone to ask me to sign up to get points. The complete lack of customer service here is why I won't be returning. I'm not a fan of HD but at least there I don't feel invisible.
After having a bad experience at another chain I stopped at Lowes & was immediately greeted by Alejandro in the paint dept & he was awesome I truly valued his advice & assistance. He turned my day around. Thanks!
