I was truly impressed by the level of customer service at Lowe’s. I visited the store to have a receipt reprinted, and even though I initially went to the wrong department, the experience was excellent. The associate at the returns desk was incredibly cordial, patient, and helpful. She took the time to assist me with a positive attitude and made sure to take care of me without any frustration.
