I wish they had a competitor. Purchased all new windows and they were installed incorrectly. They leaked all around the edges, poor caulking and did not install insulation around them. Hot water Heater was incorrectly installed also. When I had a leak at the top of the water heater, another plumber said he would not touch it, as the pipe was cut too close to the tank. They just seem to hire anyone off the street.
I've had associates walk away from me when they see I need assistance. Never have been offered help to load large objects unless it required a fork lift. A new Home Depot in the area would help change the attitude of this store.
