As a contractor, I would not recommend Lowe’s for construction materials when delivery days and times are important to you. I ordered 190 block to be delivered in two days. Lowe’s somehow lost the block, there truck broke down, and instead of making my delivery a priority they rescheduled my delivery for three days later. The block was needed for a poor that was scheduled, but after hours on the phone with three different Lowe’s, they made no effort to get it to me in a timely manner. Came in to make a return. The guy behind the counter had such great customer service. Very accommodating and considerate. I tried the survey, but I get very frustrated with doing things on line so, im doing it here
