Drove to Lowes from Kingman yesterday because they had what I needed on the shelf. Lowes stores (at least the ones I've shopped at) are always clean, organized, aisle clear and wide, and people (workers) are willing to assist you.
Went on mother day and was greeted with cookies and drinks. Felt very welcomed
Worst customer service ever also when returning can't get no help, call to find out if you had a plumbing tool the guy said yes go there and come to find out you guys didn't have it and said that it was discontinued when they could of told me that on phone. Bought a dyno heater asked for help to get it out of truck she called someone waited 20 minutes and nobody came so did it my self went back in store and took her awhile to help me after she was done laughing with employee. On February 25th I bought a refrigerator for my mom and dad on March 23 the light inside went out, called Lowe's for repair and because it was within 30 day's of purchase TJ night time management replaced with a brand new one will be delivered to them soon. Thank you for doing us right.
right now I am so pissed off I was told last week the new stove I bought would be delivered first thing this morning now I find out the won't be delivering it till between 4 and 8 this is pure BS I will question any further purchases at lowe's
