Darlene at the return counter was very helpful, pleasant and professional. so was the paint department. I shop their on a regular basis, they are good about going out of their way to make sure you get what you need.
Had an issue with a Dyson vacuum today, had issues with Dyson customer support/service. Spoke with Manager "Jeremy" who quickly made a decision and swapped out our old vacuum for a new one. Very polite, professional and efficient. We were in the store for all of 20 minutes, felt valued by the staff and left satisfied customers. Jeremy and his customer support staff deserve a level of praise! Thank you for your help!
By far the worst lowes location! As a contractor, its ridiculous to have to stand and wait for someone to even acknowledge your existence specially when they look you right in the eye several times walking back and forth behind the counter. Completely lost a sale today and possibly a customer for life at this location!!!!!!
We could looking for a sale item and the poor guy could not find it Sent us to the customer service when the female tell us it outside .So we paid and my. Sister had some items in the garden dept. Customer service is great in all departments. Carol in the keys/hardware department helped to figure out the best brackets to buy for a project. Two guys in plumbing were also very helpful. Sorry I didn't get their names. Lowes for my husband is like me being at Hobby Lobby!
So Angela signed us up for a Lowes card a month ago, and she was awesome!!!! Went back a week later on a Saturday, & cashier was nothing like sweet Angela, in fact she was downright mean to us. Maybe she was having a bad day ??? Went down today with a list of 20 plumbing parts for renovating a bathroom, & thank god for Regina in plumbing, we don't expect EVERYONE to be chipper in sales, but Regina is in that department because she's GOOD at what she does!
