RecommendedLowes in SIKESTON is the only place I will go for home improvement. I have done business there for years! I have to say my most favorite employees are Bud and Steve. Anytime I need help they both are eager to help me and educate me on what I need to complete a job! I highly recommend these 2 employees because they go above and beyond! Thank you Bud and Steve for taking care of my home improvement needs!

Today was my worst experience at Lowe's. We came in for 3 items and needed help finding 2 of those. When we asked for help, we got 2 vague answers as to where the items were located. Found 1 of the 2. Asked another associate for help. He had no idea so he yelled down an aisle to another associate who also gave us a vague answer. Not once did any of 3 offer to come help us find what we needed. We were in the store for an hour and getting ready to check out before anyone asked if we were finding everything okay. I had a wonderful experience today!! I bought four doors, they helped me with everything I needed & loaded them up for me. Steve was probably the most helpful person we could have ever asked for, you don't find many people anymore that happy to help & that happy to be doing their job! Thank you!!
