I've been waiting almost two months to get the carpet I've already paid for put down and I've already paid for the installation fee. I've fixed everything that needed to be fixed and still there's always something wrong even though I did exactly what he asked in order to get the carpet put down. I suggest that whoever needs there floors done go somewhere else because this place is rediculious.
Terry Drake in appliances was the most helpful and knowledgeable person I have ever encountered in regards to kitchen appliances. She we out of her way to help us make the right choice for us, while informing us all about them. She was kind and courteous, willing to take as much time that was needed in making a decision. No to help when one needs to make a big purchase...
Ordered carpet to be installed before thanksgiving , have had on again off again delivery and installation dates. Was given a discount after first disappointment, after all I only had 21 people coming from 3 states for overnight and dinner. Needless to say I'm supposed to get carpet this Wednesday and Thursday , company has gone home and my consultation $200 dollars for moving the furniture and carpet the first time! Now we get to move it again! Very disappointed with lowes local and corporate !
