Horrible customer service, employees seem completely clueless and rude. Literally one decent person we interacted with. Messed up our order.
Waited at the paint desk for 20 minutes, once the girls came over they were to busy on snap chat to even mix the paint!
Bought A wash machine here and extended warranty it’s been tore up for three months Lowes dragging their feet about getting it fixed they have been here four times still not working I would never buy another appliance here management say they can’t do nothing up to Lowes advantage program
We would like to thank Mark (manager) and his associate (we're so sorry but we forgot her name), for helping us yesterday during our purchase of outdoor furniture. Their kindness and professionalism were much appreciated !!
We just left lowes in madisonville a little agrivated. When we got there they had few heavy carts to choose from. All of the ones we really needed were being used to stage merchandise throughout the store. When we finally found a cart that would suit our needs we started shopping only to have an employee take our paneling off our cart and take it to the back of the store. He did through our paneling onto another cart but it was less suited for what we were doing.
I'd like to send a personal thanks to Matt. Tonight, it was snowing and I was struggling to make a larger purchase fit into my car. He walked up and said "Ma'am, I work here, I just haven't clocked in yet. May I help you with that?" My sons car seat was the obstacle, it had to be removed and it took us at least 5 minutes to unhook all points so I could lay the back seats down. I was getting really frustrated about the time he came up, not sure I could have made it fit without his help. Thank you Matt!
Calling corporate to report rude service, lowes used to have best customer service. Taking my purchases elsewhere.
