Very rude, nor helpful. Will not be returning. No one would assist me, waited around just for one person to talk to me out of all the other employees standing around.
Home depot takes gives me a 10 per cent lowes does not vet on ID lowes on good enough they suck spent 650.00 so i will not buy anything else
you would think Lowe's would help customers who purchased a recalled Samsung washer from them. Can't get any help from Samsung, have called Lowe's twice and last time I called was told i would just need to call Samsung. Next time I will shop at Home Depot
