Good people on the floor. Shortage of staff. Lacking training. People who want to do a good job. Managers not pro-active. Better off sweeping the floors every third day and using the time saved to let people train in their departments. I like Lowes, and shop there often. But when it takes 1/2 hour to pickup 1 sheet of plywood, something needs to be fixed.
I have been waiting for three weeks to have my floor repaired that was damaged when Lowes delivered our new refrigerator. I have talked to three different managers who all say they will take care of it and nothing happens. I have been told that the flooring people will be here to look at it and nobody shows up. I even have the flooring for the repairs! It would literally take a flooring installer a whole hour to fix this! I purchased a new, very expensive refrigerator at Lowe's. The sales people were great. They made sure that I purchased a new water line for the refrigerator and said that the installers would not use my old one. That was true, BUT they also would not install the new water line. Since I had already given my old refrigerator away, I had no choice but to have the new one brought in. Now I have to get a plumber to connect the water and ice line. Went to Lowes to get contract for blinds installations. The Mary there left me waiting to wait on another customer! Feel this was not right? Guess first come first waited on doesn't apply to this employ!

Thank you so much Lowes for THE WORST experience ever. Rude personnel, no one wanted to answer my questions, and constant attitude. I will not be back. And have actually found somewhere cheaper and easier to work with. And when I called to complain to so called management, the lady denied that her worker was rude to me and my husband and was also rude herself. Thanks god for Home Depot were I will now be shopping from now on.
