Pretty unsatisfied with the customer service I just received. My husband went in to return weed killer, after it leaked all through my purse while in our cart. I didn't realize it until we had gotten into our vehicle. So like any normal person I have him take it back in because I will not pay for an empty bottle. The woman handling returns made ignorant comment about it being empty and "you mean to tell me this leaked in your wife's purse". Seriously? We had just purchased it 15 minutes prior. Absolute ignorance!
We go to Lowe's for all our Home Improvement needs.
My washer and dryer set was scheduled to be delivered between 8am and 12pm today. They were here before 7:30am and had everything set up and my old stuff gone by 7:45. Not only were they ahead of schedule and incredibly careful but they were also very nice and polite people who obviously like their job and don't mind working on a weekend. Huge thank you to the two guys that did such a great job with my delivery today. I just wish that I would've gotten their names so that I could let their supervisor know how impressed I am.... read more
This morning my husband, a veteran of the Viet Nam war, was told he no longer gets a military discount. He was told the only ones who do are retired military and active service members. I always thought a veteran was a veteran. Shame on you Lowe's. Maybe we will go elsewhere to shop.
