I have had a very bad experience after purchasing my stove here. I have been in contact with many of the managers and the lowes protection plan service to fix my stove not once but twice for the same issue! I have been given the run around for a month to get my stove fixed or replaced and have gotten no where. Very dissapointed in their customer service and will never purchase anything from them again. I would not recommend!

We purchased a new refrigerator it was delivered Monday Sept 16. We live in an old farm house and the doors are small. The delivery men had to remove the doors to get it in. They are a wonderful crew. There was a small issue with the freezer door but the problem was solved promptly the next morning. I would like to thank the moving men for their hard work. I would never hesitate to purchase a product from your store. The staff is always helpful. Thanks again
Went to store and had a fridge on sale.Perfect. Measured it and same size as what I had. My refrigerator leaking and explained to sales person. He made arrangements to have it delivered on a Sunday. Sunday morning two young men came and I then found out old refrigerator won’t fit through door in front. Thank goodness for French doors in back. I am beyond fed up with lowes! I have had multiple appliances delivered because they bring them and theyre damaged. Then when they call to confirm the next delivery day & I returned the call, I am told that they cannot give me a time because the delivery men are gone for the day so basically I have NO idea! Im instructed by the manager of the dept to phone in monday a.m. and ask them then, so evidently I cannot plan the rest of my day until then?!! Never never buy the extra warranty which they don't call warranty they call protection plan. Bought a Samsung French door fridge freezer in bottom. Freezer stopped freezing after 6 months, Samsung replaced fridge but the 3 yrs extra protection plan gone. It does not go one the new one. So they gain $90.00 and want me to purchase a new extension and my fridge was under manufacturer's warranty not the extra plan.
