Spent 45 minutes going through the rough cut lumber the sell as choice then when cashing out the cashier was very rude and disrespectful this Lowes has gotten the last of my money and will contact corporate and if they wont do anything will stop dealing with lowes completely
I have tried over and over to use this store. For some reason there is always an issue. I have shopped Lowes for years. I can now say I miss Menards and Home Depot. If they could just get 1 of my orders correctly filled. I can't understand why they have so many issues.
I am very dissatisfied with their customer service in the carpet instillation that we had done at my daughters house! We will never use them for any of our flooring needs and do not recommend them to anyone!!!
I would like to recognize Savana who assisted me today when I went in to purchase a window air conditioning unit. I wasn't sure by the info on the box if a particular unit would work, but she was beyond helpful and got what I needed. I was impressed with her knowledge of the products and her great attitude. Thanks, Savana, it worked great!!
